The St. Pauls Winery, also known as Cantina San Paolo, is a renowned winegrowing cooperative in the heart of South Tyrol, Italy. The winery was founded in 1907 by 23 winegrowers who joined forces to jointly market their wines. Particularly noteworthy are the Gewürztraminer, which is considered one of the best in all of South Tyrol, and the Pinot Noir, which is considered one of the best in Italy.
