The Sauvignon is a very aromatic grape, cultivated in South Tyrol for the past 100 years. This wine prevails with its intensive, unmistakable taste and its racy character. It is an excellent aperitif, also an ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood and spicy or rich appetizers.

The Girlan Winery is a renowned wine producer in the Italian region of South Tyrol. The company was founded in 1923 and since then has a long tradition of producing quality wines the grape varieties of the region.

The winery is located in Girlan, a small village near Bolzano, and is surrounded by the majestic mountains of the Dolomites. The landscape in this region is characterised by steep slopes and fertile soils that offer ideal conditions for winegrowing.

The Girlan Winery focuses on sustainable and environmentally friendly production and works closely with local winegrowers to obtain high-quality grapes. The winery produces a variety of wines, including red, white and sparkling wines as well as sweet wines and distillates.
