VALUTAZIONE DELL' ENOLOGO: Colore giallo verdognolo brillante, profumo fresco e fruttato di mele verdi e agrumi. Il sapore è ricco ed equilibrato con toni aciduli marcatamente vivaci.

The Merano Burggräfler Winery is one of the oldest wineries in South Tyrol and was founded in 1901. It is located in the city of Merano in the heart of the Burggrafenamt, a historic region in South Tyrol. For the gourmets among us, the delicious wild boar ham is recommended. The meat of the wild boar is not comparable to that of the domestic pig. It is aromatic and dark red in colour. Furthermore, the meat is leaner and firmer than that of the domestic pig.
The infused oils are obtained with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quattrociocchi. The olives, the citrus and the spices are cold pressed together. Each one of our product is made according to the traditional recipe. All the ingredients are high quality and organic.
A full-bodied yellow with green reflexes and with a fresh aroma of apples, apricots and a hint of sage. Dense and elegant. Long persistently.
