Caratteristiche: Un vino rosso della grande famiglia "Schiava" dalle caratteristiche peculiari dovute alla sua zona di produzione "Galea" a Magré. Grazie alla resa limitata, proveniente in parte da vitigni storici con un'età superiore ai 100 anni, nonché alle uve severamente selezionate questo vino è di elevatissima qualità e si presenta particolarmente piacevole per quanto riguarda colore, sapore e profumo. Ha una versatile predisposizione per i piatti più diversi e si abbina particolarmente bene ai piatti tipici della cucina altoatesina.
