The intensive scent of red and dark berries as well as violets is typical of our vineyards in Montan. The Blauburgunder the Unterland region comes astonishingly close to some of the "model" wines Burgundy. This red wine develops harmoniously, with a full body and lasting finish. In the glass it gleams with a beautiful dark to ruby red.
color: straw-yellow with green reflexes, taste: tangy-fruity and aromatic, taste: elegant with a fresh acidity, firm body and structure. Bouquet: notes of gooseberry, green apple, pear, citrus fruit, stinging nettle, lemon.
The Chardonnay Riserva shines in a strong golden yellow. The nose is characterised by complex and multi-layered aromas of tropical fruits, with a hint of vanilla and supporting, subtle wood notes. On the palate, the Chardonnay is voluminous and complex, with a fine creaminess and structure on the palate and a mineral, long finish. Food recommendation: The Chardonnay Riserva goes well with strong starters, fish variations or white meat.
Ruby red color. Characterized by fresh aromas of wild berries and sour cherry. The wine shows much elegance and fruityness with very velvety and delicate tannins with a long lasting finish.
Color: Deep ruby red. Nose: Fruity notes of ripe berries, floral nuances of violets, light green aromas with notes of rhubarb. Taste: round and full-bodied, with dry gentle tannins, inviting acidity, fresh structure and elegant finish.
Only ten hectares of Moscato rosa exist in Alto Adige. The grapevine is highly demanding. Much manual labor is necessary in the vineyard. Its blossom is female and is not self-pollinating. This often leads to poor fruit set and extremely low yield. The tiny, partially seedless berries contain breathtaking concentrations of aromas reminiscent of dried rose petals, candied strawberries and oriental spices. During its long, courageous period of skin contact, USHAS develops a spicy outline of tannins which melds harmoniously with the aromas of rose hips, cinnamon and orange peel. Extra-sweet finish with invigorating acidity. USHAS: the rare one.
