On the palate is powerful and complex with gripping tannins and an elegant finish. This Pinot Nero has a great character, is elegant and with a lot of finesse. Intense fruit aromas blend harmoniously with silky tannins. A wine leaned on the Burgundian example, complex, refined, with a nice concentration a great cellaring potential.
Dark ruby in colour with garnet reflexes and sweet aromas of cherry and fruit drops. Mildly spicy with notes of oak bark and eucalyptus. Round, juicy with fresh fruit; delicate tannins. Lingers long on the palate.
Spontaneous fermentation with partly whole grapes in open tonneau, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 18 months on the fine lees in oak tonneau with several layers of grapes.

Deep, quite intense, cherry red colour. Very pronounced, clean aroma with fruity notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Also spice notes (white pepper) and oak. Full bodied, with good fruit concentration on the palate. Long finish, accompagnied by tannins that are well integrated in the structure of the wine. Still rather youthful.
The fact that we have what it takes to produce truly great red wines have been proven by our winemaker in the form of this vintage Cabernet, which is part of the St. Valentin range. Delicately matured in small oak casks, this Cabernet comes in a mature ruby colour. Its dense, aromatic diversity is characterised by fruity aromas, ripe wild berries, vanilla and liquorice. Smooth, velvety tannins, delicate scents of cocoa and stewed fruits combined with a characteristic structure and density delight the palate and promise a variety of surprises and a pleasant taste. Proper ageing in the bottle allows this still young wine to intensify its pronounced complexity even further. The Cabernet St. Valentin is an excellent accompaniment to strong red meat dishes the barbeque, to game and lamb and to piquant varieties of cheese.
Bright straw-yellow with a green shimmer. Semi-aromatic, pronounced, ripe fruit aromas reminiscent to apricot and peach, floral notes. Medium bodied, elegant, lively and dry.
The base wine of Isaras Brut is produced two typical Eisack Valley grape varieties: Müller Thurgau and Sylvaner. The Charmat method is used for the second fermentation; hence the primary aromas and the freshness can be preserved.

Delicate green to light yellow in color, this wine is a pleasure to drink with its awesome intensity and broad spectrum of aromas: spicy, floral notes of jasmine and sage lend it a spectacular degree of finesse. Delicately structured with nice acidity, it has a racy, uncomplicated finish.
Opaque purple in colour. An aroma of dark woodland berry fruits with ripe plum, elderflower syrup and liquorice provide an indication of the complexity this wine will attain with maturity. On the palate it is muscular, velvety and concentrated with assertive but ripe tannins.
One of South Tyrolߦs oldest and most typical grape varietals, Gewürztraminer is highly aromatic. Of high quality, Gewürztraminer has distinct aromas of spices (especially cloves), roses and litchi. Its colour is straw yellow with hues of gold. Gewürztraminer has got a light acidity, but still manages to show great longevity. Ours is an excellent companion to food, especially Asian and spicy food as well as our typical South Tyrolean Speck.
Bright, vivid pale yellow in colour with green reflexes. On the nose the aromas are clear-cut, reminiscent of freshly-picked apples, lemon grass, with a light hint of vanilla. After brief contact with oxygen in the glass the wine develops intense floral and nutty aromas. On the palate it is vivacious, fresh with crisp, tingling acidity. The interplay between accentuated fruit and flowery aromas follows through and strongly characterises the wine. Harmonious and well-structured in flavour, minerally with excellent length.
Marjon comes in a lovely ruby red with a garnet shimmer. An enticing nose of wild berries, plum and cherry is enhanced by spicy aromas and followed by a beautiful freshness on the palate, recalling the elevation of the vineyards where the grapes selected for Marjon originate. This elegant pinot noir displays classy and seductive tannins, underpinned by zesty acidity and a fruity and juicy finale with an evident touch of spice.
On the steep southern slope at the foot of Ritten, with deep moraine soils consisting of sandy loam and the topsoil of the Bozner Porphyrplatte, fruity mineral wines thrive. This characteristic is typical for the lower Eissacktal to which the cultivation area also belongs.
