Deep ruby red. Strong and concentrated bitter almond aroma, which is typical for an outstanding Schiava. The morainic grounds fill the wine with a fine mineral taste. On the palate very balanced and elegant, fine tannins. Good length and a high potential of ten years in the bottle.

Pinot Blanc turns out especially fresh and fruity if, right before the harvest, there are large differences in temperature between night and day.
