The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a small freshness, silkiness, juiciness, a fine gourmandize, suavity and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright griotte, bright violet plumand small notes of blueberry associated with touches of bright strawberry, small red berries, saffron, lilac as well as fine hints of racy minerality, zan, black tea and a hint of cardamom/tonka bean. Good length. Tannins are racy. A persistence on notes of chocolate and a fine hint of caramelization."
