On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry, crushed raspberry, juicy blackberry and slight notes of crushed / ripe redcurrant combined with slight touches of liquorice stick, tobacco, spices and a subtle hint of oak. Tannins are well-built, elegant and very slightly firm. Good length and good persistence. A beautiful, fresh fruity, racy, well structured and gourmand wine."
