"Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is delicate and listed, with aromas of raspberries, pomegranate and lemonade interweaving pink blossoms. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, vibrant aromas of raspberries, pomegranate melded with blossoms, unfolding crisp lemonade and delicate spice. The fruit shows ripeness and weight; fine-textured phenolics added texture. Lacy and integrated acidity flow smoothly to a long, refreshing finish. This is an elegant Rosé with flavours of red fruit, floral and spice tingle on a refined texture and a smooth flow. Match with sushi and prawn cocktails over the next 2-3 years. A blend of Grenache and Cinsault fermented cool to 12% alc, no MLF."

The mouthfeel is silky with dusty, fine-textured phenolics; lacy acidity supports a smooth flow effortlessly. This is a refreshingly light rosé with delicate aromas of red fruit on a fine-textured palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 2 years. 12.5% alc, vegan friendly.
