The result is a sparkling wine that forms a rich, thick foam which gradually reveals a nice straw-yellow colour with green highlights. The bouquet is an explosion of aromas - limetree flowers, acacia, gooseberry and orange, mature peaches and plums. Sage, rosemary and multi-flower honey are also present. On the palate the bubbles form a thick coating which soon melt into a felling of freshness and sweetness. Aftertaste is very long and dominated by an amazing taste of strawberries.

A vintage Blanc de Blancs of incontrovertible excellence, obtained just Chardonnay grapes the Lunelli family's own vineyards. After a long period of maturation in the bottle it becomes a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity.
White flowers in the bouquet, which advances freshly and brightly, with enveloping fruity notes and hints of aniseed, nougat and honey. This freshness is felt again in the palate, which is tangy, full and plump. It is the childhood recollection of candied peel, the alchemic pleasure of warm spicy notes that blend in the finish with accents of liquorice and cinnamon.
After a minimum of 18 months on the lees, the bottle is riddled to concentrate the sediment against the temporary cap, then disgorged and packaged. The Cuvée No. 7 is the most contemporary Franciacorta among the wines of the Sparrowhawk. Cuvée no.7 encapsulates the identity territorial identity of the Sparrowhawk and the peculiarities of our terroir, skilfully interpreted by the work of oenologist Francesco Polastri. Born in 2014 a selection 10 cuvées created using different percentages of wines individual vineyards, the cuvée identified with the number 7 proved to have the stylistic signature perfect expression of our terroir. Hence the name "Cuvée n.7". A 100% Chardonnay Franciacorta that conquers by its freshness.

Energetic notes in this Franciacorta that draws character and colour the virtues of the delicate grape skins of the Pinot nero. The advancement is wide and enveloping, of small red fruits and annurca apples; a sensation of sensory intensity that is matched by the lovely coral pink colour, with bright coppery highlights.
The ROSÈ, Satèn's alter ego, by which is distinguished for its black "soul", is the evolution of a cuvée of PINOT NERO (80%) and Chardonnay (20%); fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the refinement lasts 24 month. The Pinot Nero, grown on the moronic slopes, gives strength and thickness as well as the typical taste of small red berries, while the Chardonnay gives the taste fullness and roundness.
The Franciacorta Rosé 'Monique' is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes the Sergnana vineyard and the Ronchetto vineyard. The grapes are macerated in contact with the skin for the time necessary to extract the finest aromas and to impart the rosy hue desired by the oenologist. Refined, it comes to the nose with a great olfactory expressiveness that combines with sweet nuances of red fruits and rosewater.
The SATÈN, Franciacorta's prerogative and essence, is distinguished for the exclusive presence of white grapes and berries, and for the inferior pressure (4.5 atmosphere instead of 6) in respect to the other Franciacorta wines. Composing this wine is the variety and less pressure, determining the "smooth" taste of Satèn. The harvest was obtained a cuvée of pure Chardonnay, part of which was fermentation and refined in oak barrels, being the first to be called "millesimo" on the label.
