The colour is an inviting lively ruby. The nose, of cherries and nectarines, is fragrant and convincing. In the mouth the wine moves juicily towards the close, while remaining enjoyably refreshing.
Very dark garnet, it has a severe and ethereal olfactory tone, spicy and fruity, full of aromas of ripe red and black fruit, licorice, cinnamon, plum. A very thorough wine with an impeccable raw material, which can give rise to long discussions about the full recognizability of Barolo when it appears on the palate, oak in the foreground and, above all, all that sapid-acid vigour behind it. The balances are not currently resolved, but such overbearance certainly requires time. Certainly to be bought, but to be consumed much later.
Lively, ruby red in colour with violet reflexes. On the nose, vinous, rich in fruit and flower aromas. On the palate, full and harmonic. Being so round and pleasant, it is a very versatile wine and a perfect match for a wide variety of dishes antipasti to meat and cheeses.
the perfect structure but with tannins already soft and open and intense perfumes that give to this Barolo characteristics of power and great elegance. Complex and fragrant when drunk young but with great potential for the ageing.
