With this wine we want to express the typical nature of the red wines our production area. This red wine is the combination of the lightness and of the Schiava, the pleasant fruity richness of the Pinot Noir and the velvety and quite full-bodied bouquet of the Lagrein. This is a wine that goes well with grilled and roast meats, game and spicy cheeses.

Istante is a full-bodied red wine with complex tannins. The aromas of toasty oak-spice, coffee and jammy blackberries, that it will display throughout its long life highlight the character and firm structure of this wine.
Spontaneous maceration with 30% stems in open tonneau for three weeks. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 24 months on fine lees in oak tonneau. Bottling unfined and unfiltered in November 2020. Bottle ageing for at least 24 months.
