This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ('Ecologico') by La Chinata is certified by the Organic Farming Organizations of both Extremadura (Spain) and the European Union. All bottles are numbered so as to guarantee that their origins can be traced at all times.
The flavour and aroma of this Organic Olive Oil are very similar to the other two ‘Collection’ oils, ‘En Rama’ and ‘Selección’. Just like the ‘En Rama’ olive oil, it is also unfiltered.
La Chinata produce their Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in an environmentally friendly way, choosing only natural products to fertilize the soil, so as to obtain a chemical-free olive oil.
