This Pinot Bianco is without a doubt the star amongst the wines of the St. Michael-Eppan cooperative winery. It is simply the wine to express most convincingly the quality potential South Tyrolean white wine and the philosophy behind the production methods used in winery. A straw colour with green lustre, it reveals a broad palette of scents, in particular apple, apricot, pear and a slight cedar wood fragrance. With its velvety smoothness and full-bodied acidity which underscore its strength and grandeur, this wine is a delight on the palate. A complete wine you don't come across every day, to satisfy many demands made by sophisticated cuisine.

Color: clear pale yellow with a slight greenish shimmer. Smell: On the nose this classic Pinot Bianco scores with crisp notes of pear mingling with aromas of raspberry and lime, plus a touch of camomile and lemon grass to round off the composition. Taste: Body and balance sum up the Pinot Bianco, which intrigues the palate with the fruit of the pear and quince aromas combined with a salty minerality. Smell: The multifaceted aroma of this wine derives a combination of ripe fruit, including honeydew melon, white peach, pear and Golden Delicious apple, together with the aromas of quince jelly and dried fruit such as pear, orange and pineapple, on the one hand, and graphite notes and a hint of jasmine with a mineral touch on the other. Taste: The interplay of fruity aromatic and salty components is repeated on the palate, where the soft and creamy elements gain greater strength in a wine with a lingering, firmly minerally and spicy character on the aftertaste.

The Pinot grigio is a full-bodied white wine with a straw-yellow hue, a floral nose, and pleasantly smooth character. With a little aging, undertones of nuts and honey develop.

Müller Thurgau is the result of a crossing between Riesling and Sylvaner. The bunches are fine and have green-yellowish fragrant grapes. The wine's delicate note of aromatic walnut and moderate acidity are highly appreciated. This wine is best served with hors d'oeuvres, seafood, grilled fish and white meat.

Pale yellow with greenish reflexes, on the nose it is intense and warm, well structured on the palate supported by Muscat-like fruit and a firm acid backbone.
With a brilliant greenish-yellow colour, this wine has an aroma immediately reminiscent of ripe apples. Add to this a broad and mixed palette of fruit aromas, including melon and banana. In the mouth, this Chardonnay is juicy and delicious, with an inviting and lasting constancy. Served chilled, it is an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes and also to many other sophisticated dishes. It can also be served as a refreshing and stimulating aperitif.
