Gewürztraminer - 2022 - 0.75 lt. - Winery Caldaro South Tyrol
Our Gewürztraminer is counted among the most popular wines in South Tyrol. It has a straw-yellow to golden hue, is an aromatic and full-bodied white wine with a light to somewhat stronger nose and pleasantly dry, lightly spicy character. In addition to spice, nuances of rose and lychee add to the bouquet.

This wine is made carefully selected Gewürztraminer grapes, which comes the area of St. Pauls called St. Justina. Smell: This Gewürztraminer selection is characterized by a dense, finely knit nose revealing exotic tropical aromas of grapefruit, lime, lychee and orange underpinned with rose leaf and ginger notes. Taste: The fruity aromatic character of the wine continues on the palate, which makes it highly quaffable. With its classic dry finish, the wine is complex but at the same time very salty and smooth.

It goes without saying that Gewürztraminer is the most typical of South Tyrolean white wines. It is here that the wine originated, getting its name the lower vallery wine village of Termeno. This wine is characterised by an intense yellow colour and the unmistakable aroma of roses and mixed spices just like pepper, nutmeg and cloves. It is equally as convincing on the palate where it lingers, leaving behind intense, unforgettable impressions. This white wine is extremely well suited to be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to strong-flavored, spicy dishes made fish, lobst and liver pâté. Served chilled, it can be drunk young, yet also ages well.

Pinot Blanc Acapella - 2022 - 0.75 lt. - Winery Klosterhof
Our pinot bianco grows in the Trifall vineyard at an altitude of 450 m. After the harvest, which is performed with various successive pickings for a period of two weeks, the controlled low temperature fermentation takes place in acacia barrels. The successive refinement also takes place in local acacia barrels, to confer this wine with its fresh and fruited apple and honey aromas.

Gewürztraminer reaches its full development only after several months of aging in the bottle.
