The Lagrein has a dark ruby colour, during its youth with violet, later with garnet red reflexes. It is a pleasant, dry red wine, with notes of violets, chocolate and liquorice, on the palate it is velvety and with mild acidity. Beautiful granet red. Multi-layered warm notes of ripe forest berries and roasted coffeebeans. Strong body with smooth tannins in great harmony with a vivacious acidity structure and long lasting finish. Ideal in combination with roasted meat or spicy Asian dishes like duck.
Color: fresh light yellow with slightly greenish nuances. Smell: This cuvée has a multifaceted structure with a hint of herbs and spices, including aniseed, mint and sage, as well as nuances of fruit aromas, especially apricot, mandarine, honeydew melon, maracuja and passion fruit, all underpinned with salty mineral components. Taste: On the palate, Nova Domus is complex and delicate, offering a creamy softness in an interesting symbiosis with an aromatic minerality, and has the texture for a very long finish.
Straw-yellow in colour, the Pinot Grigio (sometimes called Ruländer) has a pleasantly fruity bouquet slightly reminiscent of bananas, pears and linden flowers.

This elegant and fruity Chardonnay is cultivated on clayey and calcareous grounds. The fermentation takes place in durmast barrels through the malolactic process. After that, the wine is left to mature for 11 months. Ripe fruits fragrances together with the full-bodied taste, the well-balanced structure and the pleasant perfume, are the characteristics of this wine.
Our Pinot Nero is produced entirely grapes produced French clones. The fermentation is spontaneous in open wooden vats, while malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. The wine is then refined for twelve months in French durmast oak casks.

The St. Valentin Comtess' is an especially rare speciality of the winery. A dessert wine of irresistible type, complexity and finesse. After a late harvest (mid-November) Gewürztraminer grapes are mixed with those of Riesling, Sauvignon and dried in wooden crates for several weeks, then they are pressed and transferred to a steel casket for maturation. Comtess' is characterised by a multiface - ted bouquet with aromas reminiscent of roses, cinamon and nutmeg. The young, fresh fragrances intensify in their complexity when correctly matured in the bottle, gradually assuming discrete hints of honey. An elegantly tasteful dessert wine with a full-bodied, fresh acidity which pairs harmoniously with the matching residual sweetness. It unleashes on the palate a delicate symphony of impressions and experiences, which leave behind a lasting effect.
