Spicy-sweet mustard with a particularly intense flavour. The fruit is candied, then pureed and enriched with selected ingredients. In all versions it is an ideal complement to fresh and mature cheeses, white and red meat, poultry, fish and sausages. ORANGE mustard goes particularly well with goat's cheese, fresh cheese, Brie, tomino, fish.
Ready-to-use sweet hazelnut cream. It is ideal for covering, filling cakes, tarts, crepes and for enriching all desserts.
Favourites the mountains: Kaminwurzen are so called because they used to be hung in the fireplace to be smoked. Made lean meat and gently smoked over beech wood. A must and a pleasure every Marende.
