Important is the right choice of reading time. Subsequently, the wines are fermented in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Depending on the variety, the wines mature in large oak barrels or are matured in French oak barrels. This unfolds an unmistakable fine taste, which remains long and clean on the palate.
