Targeted selection in our vineyards over the course of years have now produced convincing results. The Pinot Nero of the St. Valentin line has been especially successful. A radiant garnet red, it impresses with its tempting aromas: small berries with crisp cherries, fresh violets, a breath of marzipan. This Pinot Nero opens up with a multifaceted lasting quality. A fine wine for lamb dishes, beef, wild fowl, and cheese, it has an excellent potential for aging.

The Lagrein St. Valtentin is easily recognisable thanks to its almost black colour. Complex cocoa and Prunella aromas, dark fruits of the forest and vanilla typify the bouquet, which are spread in a complex way. The wine unleashes an immense strength on the palat. It possesses a finely-integrated structure and smooth-strong tanning agents that linger harmoniously in the mouth.

Very deep, intense cherry red colour. Pronounced aroma with notes of very ripe black and red berries and cherry fruit, paired with oak spice. Full bodied, quite rich and powerful, with very good fruit concentration on the palate. Well balanced, still very youthful. Long, fresh and fruity aftertaste with present tannin.
Pinot Noir Riserva Mazon - 2019 - 0.75 lt. - Winery Cortaccia
The complex wine needs a long period of maturation in order to display its full potential with notes of black cherries, forest berries and violets. The lingering, lengthy finish pairs meaty toast aromas with cocoa and cedar. The aromas reverberate on the palate. Fresh acidity and delicate minerality animate the dense structure of the wine.
