Production area:
Furore and neighboring towns. Coastal terraces at 200/550 meters above sea level facing south. The soil consists of dolomite limestone.
Vinification:
The hand-picked grapes arrive intact in the cellar. After destemming and pressing, the must is macerated for 30 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and 12 months of processing in new French oak barrels. This is followed by bottle storage for approx. 1 year.

Pasta with meat sauce, mushroom risotto, steamed red meat, game, roasted and grilled meat and aged cheese.

The grapes, which grow on the steep rocky terraces of Furore, face south and are exposed to the magical effects of the sun and the sea of the Amalfi coast. Denso ed impenetrabile nel colore è forte il richiamo alle sfumature dell'asfalto caldo in piena estate.
