Denominazione: Alto Adige Chardonnay

Sito: "Ogeaner" nella macrozona "Punggl", in piano, terreno sabbioso.

Vigneto: Pergola semplice, ca. 3.300 ceppi/ha, nella maggiorparte con più di 50 anni.

Lavorazione: Fermentazione e maturazione sulle fecce fini in acciaio, senza fermentazione malolattica e stabilizzazione tartarica.

DEGUSTazione: Ben evidente l'aroma tipico della banana, supportato da ananas e mela verde. In bocca prevale la freschezza dovuto ad una giusto nerbo acido. Segue una vena sapida di grande lunghezza.

Hallo, alles bestens gelaufen, allerdings haben sie wohl aus versehen den 2012er geschickt! Da die die selben Etiketten haben ist mir das erst nach der 2 Flasche aufgefallen.
