Caratteristiche: Il vitigno KERNER é il risultato di un incrocio fra i vitigni Riesling renano e la Schiava e fu creato da Herold nel 1929 nella stazione sperimentale di Weinsberg/ Württemberg in Germania. Le caratteristiche più spiccate del Kerner sono la sua elevata resistenza al freddo e la sua attitudine ad assicurare buone gradazioni anche in zone marginali per viticoltura, come appunto la Valle Isarco che é la regione vitivinicola più settentrionale d'Italia con vigneti di montagna situati dai 500 ai 900 m.s.l.m. È stato introdotto in Alto Adige nel 1984 ed ha ottenuto la DOC Valle Isarco nel 1993. I primi impianti di questo interessante vitigno sono stati realizzati nella zona di Bressanone, nell'Oltradige e in Val Venosta. Vitigno: Kerner oppure Riesling (bianco) x Trollinger (rosso=Schiava). Sistema di coltura: Guiot. Produzione media: 70 q/ha. Alcol: 14,0 Vol. %. Estratto secco: 22,40 gr/l. Acidità: 7,1 gr/l. Zucchero residuo: 3,5 gr/l. Caratteristiche organolettiche: vino bianco secco. Colore: giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Profumo: delicato, aromatico, fruttato con un fine bouquet. Sapore: secco pieno con leggero sapore di moscato. Tenuta all'invecchiamento: 3-4 anni. Notizie sul vino: Prima annata di produzione: 1993. Numero di bottiglie prodotte annualmente: 20.000. Comuni di produzione: Chiusa, Velturno, Funes. Uve: Kerner 100%. Esposizione ed altimetria: pendio verso sud-est, 600-800 m.s.l.m. Epoca e conduzione della vendemmia: fine settembre/vendemmia a mano.

The infused oils are obtained with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quattrociocchi. The olives, the citrus and the spices are cold pressed together. Each one of our product is made according to the traditional recipe. All the ingredients are high quality and organic.
