Camembert Goat Cheese Dairy Lagunda approx. 250 gr.
eatable noble mould bark, white dough with little punching; he becomes creamier with increasing maturity, aromatic taste with light hircine marks. The Goat Camembert is OGM-free and carries the quality sign for South Tirol.
Castanea Cheese DEGUST ca. 250 gr.
The goat's raw milk cheese of the Untereggerhof in Vals which owes his name to the small, round form and the maturation in chestnut sheets. Maturation approx. 40 days in the natural cellar.
ZiAs Cheese DEGUST approx. 300 gr.
Cut Cut cheese goat raw milk, Appearance: covered with cinder, Aroma: strong scent of goats, Flavour: slightly sourish, Consistency: buttery - rubbery, Maturation: 2-3 months in cinders.
Mountain Clove Cheese Gamsegghof approx. 800 gr.
Cut cheese 70% bovine milk, 30 % goat milk, Appearance: orange rind - intense golden yellow, Aroma: spinach and mountain herbs, Flavour: strong flavour - mineral - vegetable nuances, Consistency: buttery, Maturation: 2-3 months in the refining cell.
Nucis Camembert DEGUST approx. 170 gr.
Goat milk soft cheese the Algovia. Maturation approx. 30 days. This Camembert is improved with a cream walnuts. As a festive hors-d'oeuvre with nuts for the holidays.
