With a pale pink colour and peachy reflections, fine and persistent perlage, it expresses fruity raspberry notes and sweet spices, enveloped by pleasant scents of yeast. On the palate, it unfolds elegantly and dynamically with the delicate freshness and fine creaminess that allow the aromas of small forest fruits and herbs to linger.
Sparkling Wine Brut metodo classico Demi 375 ml. - Arunda Vivaldi
Full fruity and flattering taste, balanced and pleasant to drink thank of the harmonius interplay of a light, somewhat sweet note and a deliciously bitter finish reminiscent of almonds. An extremly pleasing and uncomplicated sparkling wine and excellent product which is wonderfully suited as an aperitif.
Sparkling Wine Brut Riserva Hausmannhof 75 cl. - 2013 - Winery Haderburg
Color: clear and bright straw yellow, Nose: the scent is so rich, complex and lingering that it is difficult to describe all the hints that compose it and alternate in the course of time. Flavor: dry, with fine vigor and great liveliness, Perlage: fine and continuous. Riserva Hausmannhof is only produced in good vintage years.
Sparkling Wine Extra Brut Cuvee Marianna 75 cl. - Arunda
A lovely, lively perlage is matched by an extravagant and complex bouquet in which flowery notes and accents of honey, white chocolate, and dried fruits all come together. At the same time, components of exotic fruits such as pineapple, grapefruit, and mango become noticeable. The bouquet of the Cuvée Marianna is rounded out by a spicy, freshly roasted note that originates the aging and refining of the still wines in small oak casks. In the mouth, this sparkling wine immediately shows its tendency toward fullness and substance, thanks to its dense structure and a component that still needs to be "tamed" and find its balance. As a result of its freshness, its luxuriant juiciness, and its tastiness, it is an extraordinary product at every phase up to and including its long-lasting and opulent finish.

The base wine for our sparkling wine is made using Chardonnay grapes the finest locations around the village St. Pauls. These vineyards stand on a moraine, high above the village, known for its elevated lime stone content and intense temperature fluctuations day to night. The PRAECLARUS Cuvée St. Pauls Brut is then matured for 48 months on fine lees in a bunker the Second World War, at a constant temperature of 12 º. All of these factors combine to create a wine that is fruity, juicy and complex.

Its incomparably soft, juicy, and round flavor pairs with the pleasant interplay of the sweetness of those aforementioned fruits and the lightly spicy nuance of the acidity. A sparkling delight that presents itself as full and round in the mouth. On the palate, the aroma and flavor intensify with a great balance.
