Optimally coordinated ingredients guarantee simple production, safe success and oven-fresh enjoyment. Simply add water and you will receive a wonderfully loose bread in no time. Ideally suited for the automatic baking oven. The mixture consists of natural, genetically unmodified ingredients. Maximum humidity 15,5 %.

Ingredients:Soft wheat flour type 00, whole wheat flour (18%), whole spelt flour (18%), rye flour, linseed, sunflower seeds salt, apple fibre, dried yeast, sugar.
