The Sauvignon is good as aperitif, with not too heavy starters and most fish dishes. A special combination is Sauvignon with asparagus. Therefore the Sauvignon is also called "Spargelwein" (Wine for Asparagus).

Color: brilliant pale yellow with green nuances. Smell: Green apple and white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm and mint to create the typical aroma of the classic Terlano. Taste: Peach is very strong on the palate, too, lending the Terlano its lively but at the same time very mellow character. The multifaceted, well structured flavor derives an interplay of freshness and minerality and also has a wonderfully persistent finish.

Smell: This cuvée has a multifaceted structure with a hint of herbs and spices, including aniseed, mint and sage, as well as nuances of fruit aromas, especially apricot, mandarine, honeydew melon, maracuja and passion fruit, all underpinned with salty mineral components. Taste: On the palate, Nova Domus is complex and delicate, offering a creamy softness in an interesting symbiosis with an aromatic minerality, and has the texture for a very long finish.
Its name comes the location Mantele near Nalles, one of the oldest Guyot cultivation in Alto Adige. Vinified with yeast in steel tanks, this wine produces an intense bouquet, with elder and grapefruit essences. This wine is full of charm and rich in character and strength.
