Sylvaner is a pleasantly fresh white wine. Its colour ranges light yellow to greenish. The aroma is fresh and fruity and evokes fresh hay. The taste is similar to gooseberries and peaches.

Taste: Peach is very strong on the palate, too, lending the Terlano its lively but at the same time very mellow character. Taste: On the palate, Nova Domus is complex and delicate, offering a creamy softness in an interesting symbiosis with an aromatic minerality, and has the texture for a very long finish.
Its name comes the location Mantele near Nalles, one of the oldest Guyot cultivation in Alto Adige. Vinified with yeast in steel tanks, this wine produces an intense bouquet, with elder and grapefruit essences. This wine is full of charm and rich in character and strength.
