South Tyrol's finest autochthonous red grape variety, grown in a superb site; an enormously impressive wine!
Distinguished, among others, with Italy's top award, '3 Glasses' in the Gambero Rosso guide
The wine has a dense and impressive colour. Very intensive fruit notes of black currant and wild cherry, liquorice and leather. In the mouth it's chubby, soft, handy tannins and has a fine long finale.
Its strong and malt taste reminds the old tradition of the brewers.
This naturally cloudy, unfiltered and non-pasteurized special beer that is directly filled the storage tank, surprises with its rounded and full flavoured taste and its pleasant smooth finish.
