The St. Pauls Winery, also known as Cantina San Paolo, is a renowned winegrowing cooperative in the heart of South Tyrol, Italy. The winery was founded in 1907 by 23 winegrowers who joined forces to jointly market their wines. Today, the cooperative has more than 200 members and cultivates a total of around 190 hectares of vineyards.
The St. Pauls Winery is known for its high-quality wines made the region's indigenous grape varieties such as Vernatsch, Lagrein and Gewürztraminer, but also international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot.
