This expressive and fruity Pinot Noir achieves its special finesse due to the large wooden barrels in which it is aged. Its silky but powerful body makes "Patricia" a wine that should be served with hearty meat dishes.
Character: intense cherry-red colour, strong and full-bodied, a delicate aroma of beeries with light grassy hints, 12 month maturation in Tonneaux. Best paired: to game, wild poultry, darker meats and cheeses.
In colour it is deep ruby-garnet with a typical aroma of undergrowth, small berry fruits and black cherry - mellow, sweet and inviting. On the palate it is warm, harmonious and well-knit, round and rich in complexities, firm though elegant, broad and velvety, enveloping with the grace and refinement of a truly international wine which will become even more impressive after a further one to two years in bottle.
This red wine cuvèe convinces by its versatility in aroma and palette. The aroma reminds one of forest fruits and dried plums and is lightly supported by wood. It is distinguished by its full and elegant palette and its balance. It is a complex red wine for discerning epicures.
Maceration in large wooden vats for 3 weeks, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 18 months on the fine lees in oak tonneau. Bottled unfined and unfiltered at the end of April 2022. Matured in bottle for at least 6 months.
Our Pinot Nero Riserva is only produced when the conditions permit the creation of a truly outstanding wine that shows off the Alto Adige region in its very best. 2018 vintage resulted in very intense, concentrated Pinots with powerful ruby red colour, fine Burgunder bouquet with red berry flavours accompanied by vanilla notes. A deep mouth filling wine with clear tannins that has all the hallmarks that we look for in a Riserva.
Colour: garnet-red with violet hues; Aroma: intense aroma of bitter chocolate and cherries; Taste: silky with soft nuances of French oak adding depth and complexity, good acidity, full-bodied and very persistent. Good aging potential.

A superb Pinot Noir, whose concentration is clearly heralded by its dark ruby colour. Initially it seems somewhat closed on the nose, but then opens up in the glass to reveal its authentic, noble Pinot Noir origins. The aroma reminiscent of sour cherry and raspberry is enhanced by a delicate hint of vanilla and spice. On the palate it shows excellent harmony with elegant acidity, well-integrated sweet tannins and enormous concentration of aromas.
This is a wine of unusual contrasts - on the one hand full-bodied and concentrated while on the other, time and again tasters are surprised at its positive rusticity combined with elegance.
The Palestina is a red wine with an especially heavy bouquet and a complex array of tannins. Color: a deep garnet-red color. Aroma: concentraded fruity aroma reminiscent of blackcurrants with a hint of roasted coffee. Taste: Warm, mineral and smooth tannins, pronounced structure and lingering finish.
Alto Adige Pinot Nero Sanct Valentin 2019 It is the endeavour and the inner desire of every winemaker to produce a special wine the Pinot Nero grape, a wine that is impressive because of both broadness and elegance. Targeted selection in our vineyards over the course of years have now produced convincing results. The Pinot Nero of the St. Valentin line has been especially successful. A radiant garnet red, it impresses with its tempting aromas: small berries with crisp cherries, fresh violets, a breath of marzipan. This Pinot Nero opens up with a multifaceted lasting quality. A fine wine for lamb dishes, beef, wild fowl, and cheese, it has an excellent potential for aging.
